We, me and her, always try to get our friends something unconventional for their wedding present. We don’t really see our friends as ordinary and to honor them with a gift that screams “I went to Target between the ceremony and reception to see if anything was left on your registry and found these two candle holders” is, well, unbecoming of such wonderful people.
Not that we, uh, haven’t done that.
For our friends Chad and Becca we decided to write them a letter for each day of their honeymoon to tell them what we were praying for them about.
The flowers are Jen’s…not mine. I would have cut little pictures of LeBron out of Sports Illustrated and put them there.
We also ordered them a newlyweds-wine-starter-kit (my words) from this site.
